Council Members

The Council brings together TMA's development partners to guide the organisation's mandate, priorities and accountability, working alongside the Board.

What the Council does

TradeMark Africa’s Council is the overarching governing body, composed of representatives from funding partners who choose to be represented. Its mandate includes approving TradeMark Africa’s corporate strategic plan; representing the organisation to stakeholders, including donor headquarters; setting the framework for intended results and impact; appointing the Board; and providing high-level strategic support to both the Board and the Legal Member.
